We bought our home 10 months ago and in that time we had not been able to locate or replace the filter. Our AC was working, but struggling. I called and made an appointment. I was reminded of the appointment the day before, able to confirm by text, and reminded again the morning of. I was given an estimate of arrival time, then I was texted again when the technician was on the way. That might not seem like a big deal, but it was to me! I was able to meet him outside so my dog didn't go crazy when the doorbell rang! Orlando was great! He listened to our issue, and climed up in the attic, found the filter (hidden behind a panel on the unit, and in a drawer! ). He replaced the filter, and the AC was blowing cold within minutes! He took my husband upstairs and showed him how to access the filter, and when he left I realized he even took the nasty filter with him! We were very pleased with this service call, from start to finish. We will be signing up for the maintenance program, and we are very pleased to say we will use Winkelman's again!

We had several (like 5-6) companies come and look at our office to give us a bid and no one ever got back with us. Just happened to see Winkelman’s truck at the courthouse and gave them a call. These guys are amazing.

These guys are amazing. They put 2 – 5 ton ac/heater units in my 60ft x 100ft barn and I love it. They were quick and efficient and very friendly and knowledgeable of the equipment they were installing. Josh was very thorough about making sure we understood all aspects of the equipment and how to use it. I will use them again if and when I need AC/Heating.

Company traveled to distant location immediately to provide estimate; assessed repair options; and when it became obvious that a new system was required, installed it as promised within two days of providing an estimate. Within the first week of installation, both the heat and ac were used with the crazy panhandle weather. All staff demonstrated their expertise in the installation, and were professional, respectful, and courteous. I highly recommend the company.
