Irving came out and from the moment he introduced himself always had a smile answered any questions I might have, explained what and how to know if I had a issue and how to contact them immediately if anything arises and I am not sure about things. He checked the venting to ensure it was properly vented as that was one of my concerns. While asking a few questions he gave me a great deal of information as well as what could possibly be done to help my concerns. Winklemans has came out 2 times now and both technicians have been exceptional. I highly recommend if you want someone honest, professional, and willing to be patient and help you figure out if you have an issue and how big. Thank you guys for all of your help and putting my mind to ease.

We had several (like 5-6) companies come and look at our office to give us a bid and no one ever got back with us. Just happened to see Winkelman’s truck at the courthouse and gave them a call. Not only did they look at it but gave us an estimate that day! Josh and his guys were very professional. Came Monday morning and started right away! Highly recommend them!

These guys are amazing.

These guys are amazing. They put 2 – 5 ton ac/heater units in my 60ft x 100ft barn and I love it. They were quick and efficient and very friendly and knowledgeable of the equipment they were installing. Josh was very thorough about making sure we understood all aspects of the equipment and how to use it. I will use them again if and when I need AC/Heating.

Company traveled to distant location immediately to provide estimate; assessed repair options; and when it became obvious that a new system was required, installed it as promised within two days of providing an estimate. Within the first week of installation, both the heat and ac were used with the crazy panhandle weather. All staff demonstrated their expertise in the installation, and were professional, respectful, and courteous. I highly recommend the company.
