Cutter found a wire nut that had loosened and melted allowing the wire to touch the cabinet and therefore trip the breaker. Good detective work.

Cutter and his assistant were here on time. Both were very polite and explained everything they found. Gave us the info on replacement parts. Had us up and running in no time. Great service at a fair price.

“We bought a new house in the Northwest panhandle of Texas. Going into the house we knew we'd have to replace the AC in the upstairs and downstairs completely. We had several companies come out and take a look to get us an estimate. Winkelman's offered us the best deal. Despite offering the lowest price they had the longest warranty, and the technicians; Irving, Josh, and their crew were prompt and attentive to their work. We've had the system in for one month now and haven't had any problems whatsoever with the system itself. One of the kids left the dog bed in front of the air intake and the system froze up, that was completely our fault but again Irving and Josh came out, found the problem, and carefully explained to the whole family what had happened and how we could avoid it in the future. The bottom line, these are great people doing good work at a fair price.”
